As seen on Style Me Pretty
Kristin & Cameron’s Provence wedding was one of the most candid wedding we have ever plan & designed. Firstly, talk about a venue! This Chateau de Tourreau wedding was inspired by an original and bold color palette including different shades of blue & dusty pink.
For the very first time at the Chateau de Tourreau, the ceremony took place on the front side of the Chateau, so we kept the extravagant back side with the French gardens as a surprise for the guests. We systematically recommend to use one specific area of the venue for each moment of the day; this way the excitement is total by the guests discovering new spots, new decors & atmosphere throughout the day.
The dinner was held in a cristal tent facing the gorgeous main facade of the Chateau, enhanced by hanging chandeliers and white drapes, to keep the structure very aerial & clean. The light blue real linen meant to provide a fresh setting, strengthened by a few gold touches, handmade calligraphed menus & these gorgeous pink florals.

Mylene and Geoffrey of White Eden Weddings are worth their weight in gold. We could not be more thankful for them! I am based in the United States, and knew they were the right planners after our first Skype meeting. I originally picked them because of their genuine excitement around our vision to plan an unforgettable weekend for our guests, but I had no idea that they would deliver a wedding beyond my wildest dreams!
There are three things I love most about them.
First, their communication. Over the nine months of planning, they were always very thorough but direct with questions and moving the checklist along. I also really appreciated that they were conscious of our budget and honest about which details we should and shouldn’t splurge on.
Second, their customization. From the beginning they took the time to get to know my now husband and I as a couple and what really mattered to us. Sometimes weddings can feel like you could stick any couple into them, but that was definitely not the case with Mylene and Geoffrey. Every detail of the weekend and wedding day felt like it could only be ours. The vision and design felt fresh and new to them, too! That was one of my favorite parts about our wedding...it felt like once in a lifetime.
Third, was their generosity. Can you imagine packing for your flight across the world to get married with zero worries? Not only did they make wedding day go perfect, they made the entire weekend of our 40 guests go perfect.
The gift of enjoying the wedding planning process, peace on the wedding day, and joy of your guests is priceless. Mylene and Geoffrey of White Eden Weddings gave us that gift! It is too bad I only plan to be married once because I wish we could work with Mylene and Geoffrey again. We may have to plan a vow renewal with them just because!
All my love,
Kristin L. Shank
